Outstanding details in development of comet ion tail were recorded on series of photographs, obtained by Eraldo Guidolin from Mt. Grappa (1650 m), Italy on March 24-25, 1996.

This wide-field view of comet Hyakutake was submitted by Antonio Milani and was taken on 1996 Mar 25.10UT from Mt. Grappa (1650 m), with the 3.5/135 mm f.l. lens and a 10 min. exposure on Kodak Ektar 1000.
It is one of many images obtained during an observing session in which participated G.A. Milani, E. Guidolin, C. Beghetto, S. Baggio, A. Bonamigo, G. Bonamigo and P. Guarise.
